The Fat Bottom Grill is a food truck located at the back of the parking lot of the Ironhorse Saloon. My husband and I each ordered the Texas Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and shared some fries. Wonderful! While waiting for our order, he went inside the Ironhorse and got us some beer and wine to enjoy at a table in the outside eating area. When our food order was ready, they brought it out to where we were sitting. We would definitely come back here again.

We came upon this place by accident. On our way back from Luckenbauch to Dripping Springs we passed it up and decided to trun around and try it. It was a "hole in the wall" in a good way kind of place. You could tell they had their regulars and perhaps they didn't warm up to strangers quite the way my own bar would have but it had a good atmosphere that had " come back and see us sometime" vibes.

Small town bar that welcomes everyone! It doesn't matter if you're from another state, country or just another town ...You feel right at home sitting at the bar with all the regulars. Best Spot in Blanco to grab a drink!
